I had some friends over this weekend and unfortunately we ran out of dessert for our third night together. So, we scoured the pantry closet and came up with some delicious brownies!
1. Make Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate brownies according to the package directions. Pour into a greased and 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
2. Heat (for about 45 seconds) 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter until soft.
3. Spoon peanut butter into 8 "globs" right on top of the brownie batter.
4. Using a knife, swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
5. Bake at 350 for about 17 minutes, or until mostly baked through.
6. Remove brownies from the oven and top with small marshmallows until the top is covered and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
7. Return brownies to the oven and continue baking for about 8 minutes.
8. Allow the brownies to cool slightly before cutting.
